What’s new?
We are excited to let you know that this summer’s edition will have a heavier weight cover with a fold-out back and a better quality binding. It will still be the easy-to-take-along size filled with interesting articles, the information everyone looks for, colorful photos, and maybe your ad.
The cover features the Dorothy Molter Museum, and articles will feature bears, gardens, day hikes, and much more.

The annual Ely Summer Times publication features a robust calendar of Ely-area events.
We print and distribute about 28,000 copies of the Ely Summer Times. It is read by Ely residents and seasonal home owners and their guests, as well as tourists, business travelers, and many out-of-town Ely fans (who subscribe via mail!). Many people keep it handy to refer to throughout the summer for the Calendar, Dining Guide, and Attractions listings.
The deadline to submit events is 8:00am on Monday, April 18. Please contact us with your submissions.
It is OK to answer “TBD” if needed. We prefer to capture as many events as possible, and understand that event planning is ongoing. Please err toward submitting this form, even if you don’t have everything set yet! We can reach out for final details as we get closer to publication.
September, October, & November events are welcome. The Ely Winter Times is published around Thanksgiving.
